Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about Zuribu, SIM pooling, subscriptions, and self-hosted deployment.
Our lightweight Android worker app runs silently in the background and connects securely to the server via WebSockets. When your website or backend triggers an SMS API call, the worker receives the payload instantly and dispatches it through your phone's active SIM cards using your local operator bundle.
Zuribu is compatible with any standard Android phone running Android 8.0 (Oreo) or higher. It supports single-SIM, dual-SIM, and multi-SIM phones across all mobile operators in Bangladesh (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, Airtel) and international cellular carriers.
Yes! You can link multiple phones to your workspace to increase throughput and enable automatic load-balancing. Zuribu dynamically selects the optimal SIM slot and phone based on carrier prefix matching or round-robin distribution.
If a device drops offline, outbound SMS messages are safely held in the Redis message queue with automatic retry policies. As soon as the worker device reconnects, queued messages are dispatched immediately without data loss.
Zuribu provides clean REST API endpoints, ready-to-use SDKs, and HMAC-signed webhook delivery reports. You can integrate OTP verification, order alerts, and 2-way messaging into Laravel, Node.js, Python, PHP, or WordPress in minutes.
Zero setup fees and zero telco middleman markups. You only pay for your Zuribu software subscription plus your SIM card's native SMS bundles directly from your cellular operator.
